Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. All guides on this site are original educational content, and our calculators implement standard mathematical formulas, which are not copyrightable. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, we will respond promptly to valid notices.

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send an email to abdullahkhan.k90912@gmail.com with the subject line ‘DMCA Takedown Notice’ and include all of the following information. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Filing a Takedown Notice

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material on our site, including the specific URLs of each page; (3) your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;

(4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices and Repeat Infringers

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts, and your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate access for users who are repeat infringers. Abuse of the DMCA process may carry legal liability, so please ensure your claim is valid before filing.

Our Content Standards

We take originality seriously. Every guide on this site is written originally for our readers, and our calculator implementations express standard mathematical formulas in our own code. Formulas, methods, and mathematical facts themselves are not copyrightable, which is why many calculators across the web produce identical results — the math is universal, but our explanations are our own.

If you are a content creator who believes we have misused your work beyond fair use — for example, reproducing substantial creative text rather than stating standard formulas — please use the notice process above. We would rather fix a genuine issue immediately than dispute it. Conversely, if you wish to quote our guides, brief excerpts with attribution and a link are welcome.

Designated Contact and Response Process

For efficiency, all copyright correspondence should go to abdullahkhan.k90912@gmail.com, which serves as our designated contact for DMCA matters. Using the subject lines specified above (‘DMCA Takedown Notice’ or ‘DMCA Counter-Notice’) ensures your message is routed correctly and handled without delay.

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the relevant content contributor if applicable. We aim to act within two business days of receiving a complete, valid notice. If your notice is incomplete, we will tell you what is missing so you can correct it.

Please understand that filing a false DMCA notice carries serious legal consequences, including liability for damages and attorneys’ fees under Section 512(f) of the Act. We encourage complainants to consider whether the use in question might qualify as fair use — such as brief quotation for commentary — before filing. When in doubt, consult an attorney.

We also remind users that our calculators and guides are original works protected by copyright. If you republish our content beyond fair-use quotation, please obtain permission first via the contact email above. Respect for intellectual property runs both ways, and we extend to creators the same prompt, fair treatment we ask for ourselves.
